This page explains what Grand Rapids Wildlife Removal collects, who it goes to, and what we don’t do with it.
What the form collects
When you request a call back, we collect your name, your phone number, the animal you picked, and anything you choose to add in the details box. Each request also carries the page you sent it from and a timestamp, so we know which pages produce requests.
Who it goes to
We share your name, phone number and details with one or more independent local wildlife control professionals who serve the Grand Rapids area, so they can call or text you about your request. That sharing is the service.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else for marketing.
Calls
Calls to (616) 747-8153 are answered by voicemail and handled through our phone provider. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so requests can be passed along accurately.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile is not an advertising tracker. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum applies to that check.
Your choices
You don’t have to use the form. You can call (616) 747-8153 and leave the same details by voicemail instead. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call the same number or send the form with “privacy request” in the details box.
